New leadership at PI Benelux, Erik Reichardt takes over from Dick Moerman

The moment that Erik would take over the leadership of PI Benelux has been in the making for a while, and over the past few years Erik was gradually and intentionally prepared to take on this leadership role. When it became time for Dick to pass the baton, the process accelerated. But: taking the rockiest roads, learning new things in a short amount of time, and taking chances to live up to your full potential; it all fits perfectly within the DNA of PI Benelux. “We will not always go for the easiest option. That is where our strength lies.”

Erik knows the importance of a director who gives space and trust. “For that, you need a manager who keeps everyone connected, with a feeling for what is going on in the organization. This mentality is also at the heart of how we engage with our clients. We connect and start a conversation, allowing us to say: challenge us! Give us the feedback to continuously raise to bar to a higher level. I am looking forward to protect that core feeling of PI.” Dick will still be very closely involved with PI Benelux. “As a founding father, I will still stay in touch as a partner. But, without a shadow of a doubt, I have put all my trust in Erik as the new Managing Director of PI Benelux.”
