L-511 Linear Stage Series: Highest Precision for Precise and Stable Positioning

Thanks to the backlash-free recirculating ball bearing guide with a pitch of 2 mm, the linear stage offers a high level of run-out accuracy and load capacity. The stress-relieved aluminum base ensures high stability and prevents drift caused by mechanical loads. The non-contact optical linear encoders for direct position measuring offer high resolution in the range of a few nanometers. Additionally, the L‑511 impresses with its vertical and lateral run-out of up to ±1.5 µm across the entire travel range, providing ideal conditions for applications that demand the highest level of run-out accuracy. These features make it an ideal solution for tasks such as laser cutting, optical alignment, and automated manufacturing processes.
Wide Range of Potential Applications
The linear stages of this series are available with a variety of motor configurations, including DC, BLDC, gear, and stepper motors. This allows the system to be customized for different requirements and applications, from research laboratories to industrial environments. The non-contact optical reference switch with direction sensing in the middle of the travel range facilitates use in automation tasks and makes it more secure.
Fast Availability and Easy Integration
With short lead times and a modular design for flexible integration, the precision linear stage is ideal for time-critical projects. Whether as a stand-alone solution or as part of a complex motion system: users benefit from a high degree of planning reliability and simple integration.
